We offer exciting participatory drama, music and visual arts projects for and with children and young people in Community and secure settings. Our Responsibility, Empathy and Tolerance (RET) process is delivered through structured workshops and encourages life skills, self reflection and group collaboration.
Children and young people are at the heart of the devising process and it is their ideas, themes and perspectives that shape and progress the work produced.
Every project is tailored to meet the specific aims and objectives of the organisation/agency and provides an holistic evaluation report produced by facilitators, staff and participants.
“The children and young people showed amazing, visible growth in confidence. The day gave an insight into other people’s perspectives. Negotiation skills achieved!”
Christine London, Participation Manager, Portsmouth Children’s Services
"The initiative was outstanding, without doubt the program of the year and one that should be repeated as a major ongoing program at each custodial setting. This program has the potential to change people's lives for the better through educating and promoting expression of thoughts, feelings and ideas through various means."
Stephen Blamey, YMCA Manager, Juvenile Justice and Forensics Melbourne, Australia
